Dave down at MDA has just stated that it has not been brought in yet.... could be end of the month? no one seems to know

anyway it seems that any bike sold as a RWO before the cutoff will be able to be registered as per before.

SHIT IT WAS ANNOUNCED THIS MORNING!!!!!!
Went through parliament yesterday & was approved

Just got told by a Smash repairer

good for him but not for us

Is this a ZXR400???
