People whinge about HWP picking on all the pizzly little traffic offences. Guess what, that's their job. It's what they're paid to do. Some may show more descretion than others, but ultimately if your getting a ticket it's because you broke the governators laws. If you get let off, your lucky. If not, don't whinge about it, suck it up princess and pull your skirt down I can see your vagina.
