Of course I've since rectified that.
Re how I know, I have it on good authority from Fair Trading's investigation department. Why do you think they are now advertising it as written off, when previously they weren't?
PS trust me franken-12 is down on power too imo. Just sayin.
Well I have had my 9 for sale for over a year, the main reason it hasn't sold is because I love it, plus I'm a terrible salesman. I'm in the position to keep it but there is pressure from my wife to sell, she doesn't want me to have 3 bikes.
So Franken-12 is off the list. The sales man told me the bike owes the company over 9k I didn't believe him. Tried to tell me I was getting a great deal. Wow
I doubt anyone will buy it if they read this thread.
I found an 06, zx12r with pc3, full yoshi, k & n filters, 20 something ks and qld rego for 9 months, just waiting for a reply from owner.
Wants 7800.
Even still let me know if you find any that fit the criteria, paddo

PS If you want a good 06 12, try this:
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Kawasaki-ZX1 ... 500wt_1106
The guy has been trying to offload it for a long time now and is desparate to offload - you might get for a much better price, looks like a fine example. 27000 km with full service history, pc3, k&ns, arrow full system. It's a bit of a hike but the money you'll save over franken you can spruce for some flights, or a motorcycle inspection service, and shipping.
I'd take 27000 full history over a "who knows" 5000 on a WOVR bike that I already know the headlights tried to make a break from the upper cowl. Awful close to that pristine meter cluster.

I think they were genuinely ignorant when they bought it. dunno if 9k is accurate but they certainly got stung. It'll probably make a very good commuter or something for some lucky sod that picks it up for 6k.

I'm going through the same pain. We've got 2 but I want a 3rd - a 9. Ideally I'd love to find the guy I sold my 9 to and buy it back if possible (I loved that bike). Basically as a commuter / track bike. Rego being what it is in NSW it might have to be track only. At the moment it's a firm no though but I'm slowly getting her used to the idea.

well it would seem that it is atleast a sub 2003 model zx12r and the green does it for me, however being 6'4 i think it may be a little small. even as a roller blade
