licencing, and you think we have issues

I got my ls ASAP which was end of 2006 got my ps after 3 months n then not long after I turnt 18 in 2008 I got my full licence without even sitting a test at all, I belive they need better traing for both cars and bikes to many idiots think they can drive and end up takin out the poor rider next to them
