Hi Folks,

In Sydney there is also Quin Leathers just at the beginning of Bells Line of Road. They don't have a website but the phone no. is (02) 4567 7384, you have to know pretty much what you want before you go in as there are no "models" but they do great work.

I visited Peter Stevens (again!) today and tackled them about the case of the missing 2005 ZZR600.

I spoke to the guy who sold me both of my bikes, and not the guy who told me the porky. He claimed ignorance and said although he hadn't seen any info on the new bike, there's no way they'd stop making them - too popular.

Anyway, now I've completely hijacked the thread, there was a reason behind the madness

They have a sale on Spidi and (some) Dianese leathers on at the moment. They look like a few $100 off, mostly 2003 styles and colours.

Just a thought.

Wouldn't it be a better idea to somehow get this post off the General Discussion Forum and put it somewhere in a folder as a living document?

There is also Matador (fka A&P leather) in Bentleigh. Ph 9557 5808 266 Centre rd, Bentleigh, no website or email address but do good work on repairs i've been reliably informed.

No idea about the quality of the gear but would think if workmanship is good on repairs would be equally so on manufacture.
