Japan, cost depends on what you get done, was cheaper than an Over, K-Factory or Onishi arm. Drew is the man to speak to. I can pm you his email address if you like.

I got him to source a second hand arm from Yahoo Japan and then send it to K Style. There are photos of my arm on their website
