Mick i have an easy solution.....

ignore it and it will go away. Mine is also very cluncky from first to second. I have ignored it and its kinda gone away. :)
it hasnt worked for us with mina yet....

Sorry about the ressurection, but mine has a clunk to it.. People are talking about idle speed, can that be clarified please? Thats ya idle rpm's? orrr ?

u need to pull the clutch in ALLL the way for first to second gear and half for second to third and just a lil for the rest , might help :)

Get the revs up higher before you change and experiment with them, the revs. There is usually an optimal rev range where you can change gear without even the clutch.
