And if you do come off badly, u r not far away from help.....samhasa636 wrote:If this helps:
a) I've seen a video of a guy in the US riding a stand up on a ZZR250
but then consider this
b) I've watched a kid loop a ZZR250 after trying too hard to ride a wheelie.
What's the answer... save it for a bigger bike, find a nice quiet spot, hospital carparks are ideal. It's heaps easier and your chance of looping is greatly reduced.
i was thinking the same thing.....might try it myself..close to "home"...lol..zx9r king wrote:And if you do come off badly, u r not far away from help.....samhasa636 wrote: What's the answer... save it for a bigger bike, find a nice quiet spot, hospital carparks are ideal. Haha go hard, here is mr.piggie's view on doing it gawd love him >>>> http://www.ksrc-au.com/html/how_to_chuck_a_wheelie.htmlstevew_zzr wrote:I just felt like sharing, but i *finally* managed to get the ZZR250 to lift it's front wheel.
Probably about 3 inches from the ground for about 2/10ths of a second. But I'm proud anywayTook a crapload of clutch/throttle in 1st gear, only thing else i could do is lean back further.
I'm guessing that lifting the thing right up is impossible ?
or maybe ur on the wrong bike??..ever considered that??stevew_zzr wrote:Yeah i've tried a few things, but still can't get it up for more than a few tenths of a second or more than about 6 inches from the ground... must be limp wristed or maybe not leaning far enough back
But yeh man be carefull dropping the clutch.. things can explode and u could be left there with the bike shooting out from under youneka79 wrote:or maybe ur on the wrong bike??..ever considered that??stevew_zzr wrote:Yeah i've tried a few things, but still can't get it up for more than a few tenths of a second or more than about 6 inches from the ground... must be limp wristed or maybe not leaning far enough back
