I have run one around the track more than a few times and it was fine like 70 degrees on a hot day on the roundie roundies and my bike always goes to 102 degrees at the lights idleing anyway then the thermo kicks in.
Has to be cheaper than a new radiater.

As it goes neil they are as good as anything else out there and if you do a bit of group riding and like sitting up the bum of other bikes where the rocks are flying there a essential bit of kit.
I personally find my ride more enjoyable if i am far enough back to watch the bike in front of me locking up the rear into corners and still have plenty of room to point and laugh if they fall off and forgo the stone chips.
errr price seemed okay too for whats available elsewhere.

Neil

Sorry Guys Nightshift beckoned, The joys of 11pm-7ams.
I have not pushed the sale of my Radectors. The last one was in exchange for mechanical expertise.
I'm no Engineer or mechanic & haven't claimed to be. I managed to source a material which i consider to be a great alternative. The Material is not currently available for this use through normal avenues. So If I can supply something that works and people want it, what concern is it of yours.
I have discussed heat issues with everyone that i have supplied with a radector before they made their final decision.
If it wasn't for Digital temperature guages I believe the higher temperature would be unnoticebale. The Thermo Fan on my FZR6 hasn't been on for 2 track days & normal summer commuting. It does restrict airflow when stationary but i haven't heard or seen an increase Maximum Temperature to which, I thought most engine wear happens at start up & Cold temperatures, isn't that why Taxi motors last 3 times as long as a privately used vehicles.
If my friends in KSRC are stepping into defend me, i think they must feel that i am being attacked. I appreciate their support.
Cheers Brett
