The plan is to do it in a sub hour time. I think based on my current training times about 50 minutes is achievable.

I'm back on the wagon as of today. Been off the exercise/ gym routine for four months and piled on the Kg's.
When I arrived in Au 6 years ago 94Kg and 12% body fat. Managed to maintain for 5 years up and down a little but this last 6 months it has been tough, work and house etc etc. So no more excuses. Weighed in at the gym tonight, 104.2 Kg's and a lot more than 10%, probably 22% eeeek.
So worked hard for an hour (God I'm outta shape) burnt around 500 cals and consumed 1l of water, almost left on my knees
I used to train cardio for an hour for warm up and burn easy 7-800 cals, then I would hit the weights.
So lets see if I can drop a few over the next few months.
95Kg with less body fat will keep me happy, if I can get there for Xmas I'l be happy.
Mmmmm, back on the rapeseed oil, chicken and less carbs. Yum yum You do feel the difference though.

This morning's weigh-in produced a suprise for me.
98.1kg's which i did not expect. Had a bludger week this week but i'll be back on the wagon next week.
I've got a gym membership lined up so i can get back to some weights training to build some core strength. I'm up down to 29:52 on a 5km run so thats coming along as well.

Stress has caused another 1kg weight loss, am going to try running this week, see what happens. Hmmm strapping of knees and lots of stretching, can't wait.

87.6 somehow. I've done no exercise for a week and ate fast food everyday.
I'd say the last 9 months of weights thou have sped my metabolism up a fair bit so that's what got me through the week off.
