Good luck with them man... Is it one of those that's in Marrickville?

Nah the Marrackville one was a lot lower paying.

*minor update* i've been given a verbal offer from Fujitsu, but as i was "unavailable" for a few days i've been unable to sign paperwork until monday at the earliest. The job at Macquarie Telecom was sounding tempting, but i think the guys at Fujitsu must really were keen as they were hassling the recruiter at 5pm on Friday about them trying to get hold of me. So i dont want to go pissing them off by deferring the start left right & centre. But i think i'll be starting Wednesday or Maybe Thursday.

The funny thing is i wasnt expecting to be working for another week or so. so i'm basically im stepping out of one job, straight into ANOTHER! Thankfully we had a couple of days off up at Tea Gardens (other side of Nelson Bay)

At least you're not stepping out of one job and into the unemployment que!!!!

Congrats on the Fujitsu appointment Mike! Must be at least a little relieved that there is no overlap of unproductive time!!

Agreed, i've been lazing about doing very little, and enjoying it.

I'm going to start cussing at the other dickheads on the road veeery quickly.
methinks i should fix the oil leak on my bike v-soon and start bike commuting asap :D

but yeah, job ---> dole queue or at least continual jobhunt =headfuck, done that too many times to be proud of, oh heres hopin i dont have to do it again.

b.t.w. theres some security checks ive got to do due to some of the clients we've got to deal with, anyone had to get any of those govt thingies at any point? (i'd say PM is a better way to admit to that ;-) ). i've got to go for a low level one, and i still have about 29 pages of paperwork, plus at least 5 references to get to them.
