I cannot thank you guys enough, I am truly overwhelmed. Also thank you to those that have sent me emails and offered support. Well first meeting with new solicitor this morning so at least I may get some sort of idea what I am in for. I do know he is going to fight it with I don't pay child support ( I have receipts that I pay more than I should every month signed by him) and also that he claims I am a junkie so he thinks I am not going to ask for drug tests in court. I know I will pass that tests as for him hmmmmm, shit I haven't even been pissed with the KSRC clan yet

Good luck, actually if justice is done you wont need luck, fire up that solicitor and make them listen to you and your concerns, get them interested otherwise they might do a sub-standard job.

Hopefully you all wont have to endure this for too long.

When this is over and no matter what way it goes the kids and I r taking that trip to QLD, they r hanging to visit Australia Zoo thats all they ever ask me for

Hey Lainee.
Just found this thread- as per my PM's to you, I am always here if you need a shoulder, I understand what you are going through. I have a place you can stay when you get to your trip up here- although Jonno's place really is closer to Australia Zoo.
It's tough on the kids huh? Mine came running in to my bedroom to see my ex trying to choke me on a few months ago. Just keep loving them.

I think I have sent everyone now a PM with the results from yesterday. Kiddies are off home today but I have decided to get him to meet me in a public place so hopefully he won't start yelling and screaming again
