nah mate..that was the initial consult.... he said "we want $2k in our bank as deposit to look at the case, but to be honest,u wont win no matter how we argue, so pack ur stuff and move to QLD"

needless to say i represented myself...and got the minimum penalty..

When I lived in the NT, they didnt use the demerit points system. I think they were planning on implementing it though.

sent a letter today...see how that goes...
