I really like the second one of red_dave's.
I'm not really keen on the "for free membership" phrase, especially as the free bit was mentioned elsewhere. Other than that I like it, and I love the choice of pics. Top stuff

Definitely the second one ..... can be tweaked a little but otherwise its a really good representation.... we need a road riding pic in there?

Yep, something depicting an apparently responsible group ride eg the descending hordes would be good. If you put anything in that suggests hooning around on the road i reckon it'll be negative, particularly given our increased involvement from the big K. AMCN's run the photo before s they obviously think it' s got some appeal.
Eye Candy's second attempt is good. It's got the group facet, the track day/racing thing, just replace Rods ugly mug with a group riding shot

. I also reckon ditch the free reference, makes it sound like there's a catch

Playing devils advocate, do we want to get bigger?
And what is the advantage?

ouch!
Dave, shrink it a bit then..... 6th page?
maybe 2 columns?
oh and a bit of feedback too-
had the sales/mktg mgr have a looksee at some of the mockups, his comments-
...good starting point (eg Red_Daves example 2 or 3) for this ad. Its bright,
attention grabbing, you get all the info in about 15 secs scanning the ad
AND best of all...ITS MEMORABLE!
looking terrific imho
good effort guys
cheers
