Its funny, I didnt really have too many issues at Marulan, then again I may have a little more height overall in my upgraded suspension.

Could you do a measurement how high your footpegs are from the ground It would be good to see what the difference is? The sweepers aren't too bad but the tighter corners are what brings me unstuck

No prob, I'll try and do it tonight, one with the bike just on its own weight, and one with me sitting on it.

320mm to the underside of the peg, 300mm with me on it.

Just measured it on the stand, 100mm lift at the front and 80mm odd at the back and it was about 405mm, so that sounds like it was somewhat level when I measured it

Looks like looking in a mirror :D How does he like the bigger screen? I actually really like that "lead with your chin" feel of the Zed, completely different to my ZRX.

The ZX-6R front end is better, you will need heavier springs than the 6 though to make it work. I didnt have a problem with the OE Nissin brakes on the OE forks, but FMD the radial Tokico's are brilliant. Aparently there are good ones and bad ones - must have got good ones  . In fact they were so good, I decided to go radial's on my ZRX as well.

But you also don't quite get the same lean angle as Wattie these days either. There's a picture on our other computer of me following Leanne through turn 2 with Wattie about to round us up and he makes the two of us look like we're upright. It would be interesting to see the Watt-man on yours now that it is set up well, to see if he would still have clearance issues.

Never said I was getting the same lean angles as the watt man, I also have street tyre's with no warmers etc ;) I presume Ol mate Potta is in the same boat as me (street tyre etc), thats what I was referring too ;)

I would also be keen, as I said earlier, to see what he could do on mine - but know that I know he crashes, he's got buckleys of getting a go :kuda:

It's funny how that one crash changed everyone's mind about lending their bike to him.

Bit of an update the bike has been sitting in the shed untouched since Phillip island so thought I'd take it for a ride today weather was about as good as it gets at the moment (5deg) just as I got into town i felt a shudder the lights flickered and it stopped in traffic was a major bummer. Luckily though I was only a short roll down the hill to Morris motorcycles orange. The guys let me use their workshop to get my bike going so I could get home. The battery dropped a cell. But all I can say is I'm glad it didn't break down in the middle of nowhere with no phone reception. All in all was a good ride

Wow mine was a bit different mine was only 290mm to the peg so I think your mods must make it a bit higher . Mine has probably sagged a fair bit too
