When i was looking for pipes a couple of people told me the megacycles were loud. But as it was the only one that i thought looked any good i took the risk so to speak. It is honestly not too loud at all. Even the wife says it isnt to loud.. :) :)

Add another $50 bucks a pop to get a dodgy epa certificate and then get a letter saying on the third go that you'll have to bring it into the EPA to get it tested next time

Not nice - just saying though

Perhaps I shouldnt go bouncing off the revlimiter at 8 in the morning :)

I think perhaps it was just someone who didnt like me like a cop or someone who works for the EPA - who i went past every day at around 8am in the morning on the same road

But its just something to consider - make sure you keep ya stock can and it wont be hard to re-attach if it does happen

funny you should say that Duane, both Blue12 and myself had some *issues* (chortle) with the stock cheese-bolts snapping when we removed the stock 12 drainpipe. It will actually be difficult to re-attach the stock pipe - what a pain :? damn cheese-head stock crap bolts.......

thats right all 4 bolts just twisted and snapped. im actually considering ringing kawasaki and getting some answers. i know you shouldnt remove the stock can, but why do they make it removable???
