If you guys left the servo AT 10am you should have heaps of time. I'd imagine that you'd get to circular quay by 11:00 at the latest, given that the M4 would take about 15 mins, and from the end of the M4 to end of parra rd about 30 mins at worst, or as little as 15mins (on sunday morning that is). and its a 5-10 min trip down george st to the rocks.
Given its a morning run down the M4, and parra rd & the cbd are usually reasonably sedate (compared to sat morning, and ESP compared to weekdays).
or we could all meet about 30-45 minutes before the event @ 11 & have coffee/(un)healthy brunch/whatever.

I hate traffic
, and will get lost in the city
. I was thinking of leaving about 9.30ish to allow for this. And the fact I dont ride particularly fast or have a toll thingy.
BTW, the copy we got had that scooter riders were welcome "for colour".
Now when was the last time any of you saw a scooter rider in leathers?
So I'm guessing cordura will be fine.
As long as your bike is shiny.

ok, coming from penriff to the city is pretty straight forward.
Get onto the M4, continue past the tollways (takes all of 30 seconds longer if you've not got a toll thingy) until you get to the junction with parramatta rd. Follow parramatta road ALLL the way past leichardt, chinatown, town hall etc and right up until circular quey (as i said 15-30 mins to get along in weekend traffic).
Then the road either goes right (alfords st?) or under the bridge to the rocks. Turn right, go through the blocked off area and you'll be there with all the other bikes.
