As for OEM damper, people have been know to put a heavier weight oil in it.

on the GIPro. They can be switched on and off on the move and the difference is noticeable. The gear indicator is pretty vague though'13 Z1000, '76 Z650+,'91 KLR250, '95 ZX6R Racebike

To me the Gumby feels a tamed version of the crim, which is like "lets go now really fast but hang on and pay attention or I'll f#ck you up!" Comes to personal preference but I like the one that scares the crap out of me.
