put them on yesterday. pretty easy to do. had the general sheet so took a while to get the shape right but it was cold and wet and nothing else to do.
went for a run this morning. the jewels were instantly more relaxed :D
what I love is that weight transfer is now really exact. sort of put it there and it sticks all the way round the corner. 8)
can also use my top leg a lot more to tip it in. 8)
brilliant stuff (got the snakeskin ones)
