i dont do the ebay thing, so cant speak about it.
But it seems a shame that this sort of thing happens, as we all know, the bike trade is small, and word of mouth is a fair amount of their trade.... what happend to the customer is always right??? even if it was hidin way down somewhere, why hide it? put it up front, and solve a lot of misunderstandings?? but as i said, i know nothing about ebay, but i knew ken nixon, then mick, since his days at BTX, and had dealt with both over the years with pleasure.... seems a shame that that the shop seems to have come like this......

i recently purchased a set of dyna coils from the US price was ok and even shipping cost but when i got them they were labled as 0.5 ohm insted of three this started a shit fight then when i tested resistance one coil was 9.5k ohm and the other was 10k ohm factory says 11.5kohm secondry and they tested 3 ohm primary which was correct this made me wonder if they were selling seconds because they arrived in a post box and loose not in a dynatek box as they are sold elsewere in the end i was stuffed around for so long i couldnt get a refund through paypal or ebay and to return them would have had to pay postage seller was going to send them to dynatek for assesment and return or replacement coils i would have had to pay shipping again and it would have taken another 6 weeks because the only cost $150 all up i cut my losses and gave up should have paid the xtra 60 bucks and got them from serco in bris in the first place : lesson learned
