its pretty intensive, but I love that shit.
When you get your baby going, the advice about changing the exhaust dimensions is spot-on....its easier to change your chamber (tuned length etc) than to stuff up barrels/pistons etc, and have to replace them.....

By the way.
I spoke to a couple of blokes who have built buckets using the taller go-kart piston. They seem to think I'll be fine with the standard ports.

thats good news, if they have used the same piston as you are, and the same porting specs (stock), then you also should get their expansion chamber specs and jetting specs.......mate you could hit the ground running with all the hard yards already done by someone else
is that your cunning plan ?
