I probably should have pointed out that it's South Australian legislation. No idea if the same applies interstate. I always forget that legislation isn't the same interstate.

No Aus Stds sticker = Infringement Notice(definitely in QLD). Just hope they don't look at your helmet if you ever get pulled up.

I have been stopped over the years by at least 8 police officers and not a single one has ever checked my helmet for a sticker........

ah sweet, i wasnt too worried, ive never had the sticker checked before!

i think im going to pluck one out of the inside of an old lid tho and stick it on the inside of my new one incase and just say there isnt one on the outside cause i tore it off in favour of bling. or something lame like that

i saved over 230 bucks buying over seas , thats after shipping.

What qualifications does the chief executive have that enables him to make an informed decision about helmet standards FFS ??? I can guarantee you that he won't have a Degree in Physics, or Engineering, or Chemistry et al....of course the chief executive can rely on the advice of his own departmental *experts*, who wouldn't know shit from clay - if they did they sure as hell would be working elsewhere, where their talents would be appreciated and utilised.........

also note- trying to remove a STICKER WILL LEAVE A HORRIBLE "VOID" AS THE STICKERS FALL APART...

if u do a track day theres a bloody good chance they will look for the sticker
