wouldnt suprise me mate...
even tho Qld may have the HQ, it may make up sweet fark all of sales...
i kno for a fact that here in SA we get our shit after melb & syd, and before qld... (this is heating appliances from ppl like rinnai)... its not always about where u are, its about where they think they can sell the most products...
when the zx10r came out (i was working in a bike dealership) we didnt get any off the first load (well, 1 demo but no stock) and had to wait an extra month...
maybe strika gave "special cuddles" to get his quicker?? hehehehe

It said u had placed an order... thats it Strika

I had placed an order for mine aswell... and I got the bike 2 1/2 months later

there was no indication on that thread when u had received the bike or whateva so yeah... BULLSHIT
Now what might be the plausable thing is that u could not wait that long to get ur bike and u had settled for a demo model... off the floor with maybe 400K's or so... 400K's of every tom dick and harry revin the clacker out of it without it having the correct run in procedure... now that would justify the price that u had payed for it! $12500 plus on road costs which u have mentioned for a ex-demo... good luck to u man, u thrashed the shit out of a already thrashed and un-looked after bike and managed to unload to someone else... Kudos to u
All kawasaki dealerships neka must go through HQ in queensland, there is no way around that dude, the pipe line then follows in order from there. So if Queensland did not have any in stock(I was on there case beleive me) then the rest of the country would have to wait, but I do understand where ur comin from too dude.

Can we just settle this so it can return to a for sale post?
Strika why dont you just scan your receipt or paperwork and everyone is happy? Otherwise this will just continue to be a 'Yes i did, No you didnt' post forever

Wattie, i have nothin to prove to u what so ever... the bike is flawless, dont beleive me... fine, the only way to tell if im tellin the truth is to come and check it out for urself! but ur not lookin for a bike.... so ur dribble is pretty much useless hey!

and that bike is without on road costs too!

and ive said a million times iam negotiable!
MadKaw next... I have heard of people "running in" there bikes as the above mentioned, and I have to disagree with that... I would rather follow manufacturers running in procedure before listening to anyone elses theory... and run the risk of VOIDING WARRANTY!!! if anyone has the money to fix a brand new bike whether the engine fucks up then my hat goees off to u and do it... the people like myself who arnt millionaires or motorbike engineers will listen to the manufacturers, hell they should know!
And dude the HQ are in Queensland... cant find the info on the net yet for some reason, unless they have moved to NSW but I highly doubt that.

what makes you think im not int he market for a new bike??
i have expresses my interest in a new aprillia, and weighing up options of other bikes too.
by looking at your bike theres no way of telling if its been thrashed.
so you cant prove it hasnt been.
if i was to put an offer on your bike, i would put an offer in taking into acount that your bike is thrashed.
because you cant prove me any different.
and kawasaki cant prove it either.
