Totally agree Pete, I smoked for 19 years & gave up 6 years ago cold turkey & did away with the grog at the same time, I can remember being so unhealthy back then & now I think & look back at how stupid I was, my son used to have to put up with 2 smokers in the car....... I feel so bad about it now but at the time it was like who gives a shit, my ex still smokes but luckily my son, who is 18 now has never had a smoke.... he had enough when he was young

Richo if you ever do something really good for yourself its this! don't cheat don't give in to temptation & remember it get easier the longer you go without

Money is a powerful motivator I gave up 2 Years, 3 Months, 1 Week, 6 Days, 3 minutes and 54 seconds as of the time of this post and found this simple program excellent when I felt like a smoke click on the program see how much money I had saved craving gone

I just calculated approx how many bungers Ive smoked since starting . .... and have estimated about 200,000 of the fuckers

That's only since I quit and it doesn't include the last 3 price rises /tax /cpi increases

I'm a cheap bastard that was calculated on $72. a week so you blokes that pay $20+ apacket at the local will save heaps more

Richo I smoked for about 30 years so multiply 10,000 cigarettes per year x 30 years the latest price of $0.68 cents per gasper

at least 10x zx10's and 5 zx6r's i missed out on
