Yeah funny thing while we were stopped at the top of reefton spur swapping lies, I ran into an old riding buddy, who gets along pretty nicely and spends almost every weekend riding the Two spurs. He was shocked when he noticed what I was riding, and asked the obvious question, WHY??????

ive NEVER worn the middle out of a front tyre..........rears are usually a lot more "even" in the wear stakesWattie wrote:bloody tyres...

and notice the front tyre is touching the wear indicators...
its a BT019 (apparently designed for the Z1000)
it has only 6800kms on it. (bike is brand new)
and its wearin on the sides... not middle not extreme edges just off to the sides.
still got plenty on the middle, so i think it will last me a few more weeks.
. 6800 isnt bad, i dont see a problem here
