Hi,

If anyone is going out to QR this weekend for the state champs and would not mind giving me a hand let me know.

Its pretty simple job, just helping getting bike on and off stands, tyre warmers, fueling etc.

Its a two day event so need help both days but where ever anyone can help out.

Its a pretty big schedule so should be plenty of time between sessions.

Anyone welcome to helpout - Greenmeanie, Big Mitch ? anyone!

P.S - Hemi you got that garage organised yet?

Top effort Glenn, good onya man. Anyone for Saturday for Stretchy?

I am pretty sure I will be right for a pit helper, but just in case be prepared for a last minute plea for help!

Excellent.

My brother will be helping me in the pits, so I am sorted. Stretch, he should be able to help both of us on the Saturday, so if no one else can do it we should be fine anyway.

Going the Dunlops too, will see how that goes.... Hope I make that 115% qualifying cutoff.

Glenn, if it rains, then I spew about not having wets, and then go out and try to scrub the new dunlops in on a wet track!

It will be hard enough trying to get used to different slicks as it is, let alone on a grip-challenged track.

Good luck Mitch!

Enjoyed the day and the weather came good(dry track).

It was an interesting/eventful day for the guys(stretch & hemi).

I'll let them explain.....**looking in hemi's direction for a race report** .

I was at Qld Raceway on Sunday doing Flag Marshalling at Point 2. Hemi, I knew your bike, and was gunning for you :P but Stretchy, I didn't know what you ride, so couldn't for you

Good day out yesterday though!

Race report coming soon, I am at work ATM.

Stretchy was on the black and Green ZX10R going way quicker than me, that was the bike that laid down for a rest at turn 4 in our final race.

So did you like my startline performance....?

Yup, saw that! How's the damage Stretchy? At least neither of you were on the bike that dumped oil down half of the back straight! :x

And I am home too....
Lots of photos coming to you boys....
...except Stretch, sorry mate you didnt stay up long enuf to get many (sorry mate)
... unfortuantely didnt get any while you were having a little rest either...
BUT I have got a nice one of you in pit lane and one waxing lyrical on your highside to your legion of fans...
Sure you dont want to sell me that 10 for $2k mate?

Hemis shots are a bit blurry too, must be all that speed eh?
But the shots of your brother on Monday make ME jealous.
BLOODY clear as the bugger....

ANd for the info of all Hemi was SO impressed with Rossi;s 10 sec effort at last years PI GP and that french dude (I cant spell Charpontier ???) in WSS 10sec ride through that he wanted to handicap himself, hence the line stall.... I would point out that he came back the length of the back straight to passing people.
I was pretty impressed... very smooth (except that initial clutch action  )

I will download pics today and post a report

We were arsy enough to get a good one of the guy on the 12 getting the bloody wings down too.... AWESOME

Frog, thanks for the wrap with the smooth comment, if only I was fast and smooth it would be so much better!
