We seem to be having a hard time holding on to Presentation Coordinators at the moment. They are usually young so go o.s. or get a job doing whatever they studied at uni. In case you're going what the hell does a presentation coordinator do anyway? they sit and watch eight tv's at a time and make sure the right commercials go to air at the right time in the right place and if something happens like a feed goes black or someone has scheduled a sex line ad during kids time in the morning they fix the problem as quickly and with as little disruption to what the viewer sees as possible. Here is the official job ad.

Southern Cross Ten currently has a vacancy within the Operations Department for a full time
Presentation Co-Coordinator. The position is based at our Centralised Play-out Facility in
Canberra.
Previous experience in On Air Presentation with a television station is desirable, but we are
willing to train the right type of applicant.
Candidates will need to be conscientious and have an eye for detail. You will also be self
motivated and an enthusiastic team player. The ability to work shifts is essential.
As most of the work is computer based using proprietary systems a good general knowledge
