Vic K6 cop bikes-look out.

This isn't a joke nor a hoax. Dangerous Dave just called me on his way home from work and he saw two unmarked K6 Gixxer 1000 cop bikes pulling over and booking people on Beaconsfield Pde. They had little seat bags attached to the pillion seat with some gear and the lights in it, and some sort of set up at the front with lights in the mirrors. They also were wearing back packs.

Also watch out for a dark blue unmarked BMW bike; he pulled me over as I exited the city link on Pascoe Vale Rd.
As for coppers on nice bikes; I was at London's Ace Cafe a few years ago, and the boys in blue turned up an a very smart looking R1. It was more of an awareness campaign than anything else, but it had been done very nicely, with all the light properly intergrated into the fairings.

wondered where they would turn up next
they were in Acland St (about 2.00pm) today
booking people.....illegal parking of all things
thought that was a Council job
any way ...don't know why they bothered
there was already a 'greed' camera on Beaconsfield Pde
(just past the ped lights between Kerferd and Fitzroy sts)
