				Looking for a route

As mentioned elsewhere I'm coming down to the MotoGP on Wednesday and Thursday through the Mighty Snowies with a couple of mates. I know exactly where I am planning on going on the Wednesday, and should end up in Bright on Wednesday night.
What I am after is suggestions for the best way to get from Bright to Cowes in time to set-up the tent and do a booze run before it gets dark. The route must include as many nice twisty bits as possible, and as little boring straight bits full of coppers as possible.
...and if anyone is interested in joining us, please let me know

Slightly off topic, but the week after MotoGp I'm supposed to be heading to Canberra via Cann River and the Snowy Mountains, and was wondering how much snow is still around in that area? Will be a convoy of a 2 campervans and no snow chains. Any info greatly appreciated

From Bright go over Hotham towards Omeo then onto Bruthen, after Bruthen its a bit boring but, maybe after the run to Bruthen you might need an easy road, good luck GB.
