Just received the lastest propaganda for Phillip Island Ride Days, thought one of the images looked a little familar.
You getting any kickbacks from it mate, or is "just a likeness"?

I fuggin ain't actually reall happy about seeing that!!!
I really thought they would have had to seek my permission to use me in a promo shot????? Any of you law knowledgable peeps have an opinion on that.
I am not interested in money, I just think it's a little rude to ustilise a pic that's not paid for, for a promo????

Questions...
1. Was it taken during a ride day?
2. Did you purchase the photograph (and therefore the rights to the photograph)
3. Did you want the photo taken (did you ask for a photo to be taken)
4. Did you sign a disclaimer allowing PIR to publish your photo

You'll probably find in that large disclaimer that you sign prior to getting on the track there was a release clause to allow them to use any images etc of you.....
So there
just be happy they thought you worthy of promoting a ride day
