I just finished watching this movie, which I picked up from the expo tent at the GP.

It's a documentary about the GP race at Laguna Seca last year and made by the same people who made "Fast" and "Faster and Faster".

There is some amazing footage and commentary by Collin Edwards, Nicky Hayden and John Hopkins. Although Valentino features in the title, it appears that all they've done is taken his comments from the post race interview, chopped it up and stuck it over the top of some of the footage.

The movie provides a good insight into how the riders prepare, the level of support they have at each race, what they are thinking about lap after lap and the joy they feel when they win, as well as how crap they feel when they loose.

I highly recommend grabbing yourself a copy!

Watched it last night.... :)

It was pretty good actually... very interesting.... I felt so sorry for Hopkins....

It shows a pretty cool side of edwards, and for once doesnt focus on Rossi for the documentary..... although it does mention him ofcourse...

Nicky Hayden comes from an amazing family who have spent every cent they ever earned on bike racing by the sounds of it.... both of his brothers are racing in the AMA series too....

It also confirmed what every computer game has told me about Laguna Seka..... its a bitch of a track....

And without giving anything away, his comments about the "goat" are certainly an eye opener and suddenly make you realise what these guys have to deal with mentally every time they go out and race!

The fact that these guys really do put their lives on the line, every time they race, for our entertainment still impresses the hell out of me.
