Kawasaki Sportsbike Riders Club - Australia - Online Forum

Hi Everyone. ZZR Dan here. My wife and I are active members of the OzFirestorm site. My wife rides a Honda VTR1000 firestorm, and I've been reduced to riding pillion there for a while.
Just got my licence and went out and bought myself a 1991 model Teal blue Kawasaki ZZR 250... and now I'm chaffing at the bit to get out amoungst it and ride.

The guys at OzFirestorm are a great bunch, and they suggested I get myself known here and meet other Kwaka owners and riders.
So I'm just here to introduce myself and hopefully get to meet some new friends and hook up for rides and stuff like that.

Great to be here and I look forward to meeting you all...( well, not all...but you know what I mean).

Thanks Mick. I'm relatively new to Toowoomba. Just retired from the Army so yeah, looking forward to hooking up with anyone anywhere. Just love to ride...

Hi Neka...I love a smart arse, so no worries there. Yeah, alot of guys have said the same thing about being pillioned by the missus... I just love riding and I really didnt care... But I have to go on the record as saying this is no average Girl Racer...By crickey the girl can ride. Not many blokes I know can stick with her. She's off riding in Melbourne at the moment with the club for two weeks. I got my bike a few days after she left...She dont know yet...so I'll keep you posted on how that goes when she gets home.
