How many k's has your bike done ? Do you know what the last oil was ?

Other things on a minor service are air-filter clean / change if required, oil filter change, check brake pads, chain tension, all lights etc.

Go See Mick at MTM Goodna, I get my Fuchs silkalene there. Easy as dropping the oil N filter out.

Motul 5100 seems to be the shit everyone raves about FWIW, not used it myself but due for an oil change in 2000k or so so might give it a run then.

OK - use Motul 5100 and change the oil filter. Clean the air-filter, and if its really dirty, then throw some $$$ into a set of BMC filters.

Some people will say yes, some will say no. I belong to the latter ..... it all depends on how recent your model is, and how the ECU will deal with a *slightly* more free-flowing air filter.

I think you will find it runs just fine, the main benefit with BMC's, K&N's etc, is that they can be cleaned as re-used for *ages*, unlike the stock paper filters.

Talk to the shop dudes, but with just a can and a filter, I think a PCIII would be uneccesary...........if you go a full system, then its time to put one on.
