Ok pps, this is for Melbourne based people only at this stage till I get some more gory details on the gig. A mob called Impact Media have clients wanting pps to tow billboards around the place advertising whatever. Pay is $20 per hour less tax and super unless you have an AbN then you can arrange your own. Rides are 6 hours long, they supply scooter with braked trailer and advert. I daresay they provide a route etc, lagged myself in for the gig next week so find out more soon after that but they are looking for riders so anyone interested, pm me and i'll pass contact details along.

This gig goes on most weekends and often it seems on weekdays as well.

had a mate who does it over here as a 2nd job... reckons its good fun, and gets heaps of attention from the chicks....lol

I've seen these guys in Syd. Bikes are Vespas with the mother of all bill boards. There was about 4 riders together also

I'd be up for this from time to time... not every weekend, mind you...

I know someone that is doing that too. They have a blast doing it and you get to ride a scooter, which is nothing special but come on, what a cool job. How do i get a job doing that based in Adelaide?

I'll be enquiring soon as to what the go is with other cities so watch this thread. IN the interim I take it there is NOONE here that's Vic based that wants to be paid to ride a scooter??

Pertzackly is what I reckon. Braked railer too so not like it's gonna come chasing you. They supply jacket, lid and bike with trailer. You supply a rider and get paid $20 an hour to do so, plenty worse gigs on the planet I reckon.

Would be interested if this was available in Adelaide.

Jeff is wanting to do it here in Brisbane, especially on the weekends when I am at work. If you hear of anything in Brisbane Mick, please pass the information on to me!
