anyone see on news that Schu test rode Caseys duke.... around valencia.....
he was 5 sec a lap off Dani Pedrosa's lap record....
thats pretty decent..i reckon it wouldnt be too far off sum of the slow guys in the race......maybe??
means he'd be quicker than any of us mortals...
he did 58 laps!!

Don't eblieve you can be a beer drinking unfot fat slob like me and be an F1 driver too so I reckon pretty fit
Not that long retired after all and plays a fair bit of soccer if nothing else but I reckon he might have earned enough from his F1 career to own a home gym or something

If memory serves me a few years back when he came to Aust for the F1 he teamed up with Doohan and did some off road and track riding. Apparently he was quick enough to keep up with Mick and co.

Schumacher was always rated the fittest of all the F1 drivers, along with Webber. Very keen rock climber too

yea... years back he swapped bike for car with doohan.... he lapped pretty quickly on micks nsr 500..then mick put his ferrari into the wall and farked it...lol...
maybe he did 8 laps?? point is, hes pretty handy on a murderbike!!

I know it is getting off the Schumacher topic a bit but whos car hasn't Doohan totaled. He did a very expensive Merc in the Tasmania Tara a few years back as well.

Yeah the drive was arranged by Winfield Tobacco, the principal sponsor of the Williams car at the time and a personal sponsor of Doohan. Villeneuve was supposed to ride Mick's 500cc GP bike but the team deemed it too dangerous. Don't know about a write-off, but he definitely crashed it.
