Superbike Magazine have printed the results from the ZX7R survey this month (December issue) Pretty much dont bother it was a huge disapointment it went like this...
"The ZX7R looks bloody great but is a piece of crap that is slow and old and heavy and underpowerd and was never good in the first place, we love GSXR's and wanna give suzuki a big blow job blah blah blah, oh by the way it looks great."
I took a little creative license there but that was the general flow of it.
Also in Performance Bikes mag this month there is a feature of all the 2004 model Kawasaki road bikes all in one big road test together and the top 10 and worst 10 Kawasakis of all time, not a bad read.

That was always the opinion of the ZX7R from day one.

and they shitcan the ZZR250 reckoning the Kwaka dropped it in 1990
huh???
and then they reckon the GPZ600 and GPX600 had the same engine
not here in OZ...
and the worst of all....
the GPz750 Turbo goes into the BEST OF bunch....
they have gotta be pharrkin' kidding.....
the example I had a had a lightswitch for a throttle
tyres that were too small for about 110hp
and shit suspension setuff
but hey...that was offset by a frame that moved more than
the suspension did, when you went around a corner...

and after a run, you had to sit and let it idle for at least 10 minutes
otherwise the Turbo seized up...
thank goodness Kwaka killed it with the GPz900
a much better bike
not a happy camper.....
cheers
