blueslip locations and pipes (again).

So ive done a search and found some results in relation to loud cans... which is my issue.
the 4-1 shorty pipe isnt loud until you scream it... so it should pass blueslip. although I am usually doubtfull and have considered looking into a plug or baffle? or even stuffing it with heavy steel wool, any sense in it?
this is just becuase LAST time someone looked at the bike exhaust did not comply... but when i had someone look at it today... they said it was fine and nothing would be a problem (went to get the header looked at when i discovered the problem myself).
and theres no chance of me finding someone with spare stock 1982 GPz750 pipes that can lend them to me
...
failing these questions guys... is there anyone that knows any "good" places for blueslips in the campbelltown/liverpool/blacktown area? a REALLY good one... just to ease my worry
