Micron Slip on

Hey all.
The can that Buster's have for 99 pound, is a high level slip on. Would this be
Proper English for a high mount set up?
Hope not, don't like high mount exhausts and it's bothering me.
I just want to be sure what i'm getting, as i can't drop down to the local autobarn and swap it.
I thought i'd clarify if it's a stupid question with you good people first (you know i'm a dick) before making a dick of myself and asking them.

Rob, high-level slip-on is definitely what you could also call a high-mount pipe.
See if you can find a pic of one somewhere before you dismiss it completely ... you might just change your mind as some of them do look good - gotta be the right pipe on the right bike though.
Who is this 'Busters' lot anyway? I may be in the market for a pipe for the Z750 some time in the future so this info could come in handy.
Cheers - Tony

whilst on that site there is the standard slip on and the high mount in the micron range so yes it would definitely be the high mounted ones.
Each to there own but not a big fan of the high mounts on the ZX6R's.
There is some pics of guys with high mount exhausts on their ZX6R's on Kawiforums if ya do a little digging which may give you some insight.
Good luck in ya search champ.
Actually just found one
here is a link to the forum as well and it is about what you are after

Blue636 / Smitty
I don't like high mounts either, on the ZX6R

They just look funny on a 6, but they do look ok on some bikes.
Here is the normal set up. I think it looks much better.
I have sent Busters an e-mail, to clarify the situation. Cause in my farked up, humble opinion. I should be able to get a standard one cheaper

If i can, i'm distributing in Aus......

You probably already know this but check if you are getting pipe from the UK that it doesn't have a "for race use only" plate riveted onto it.

Yes that's all that was there and the one i wanted Blue636. But, they have come back with "it is the high mounted, it's all we have for your bike at the moment. But keep you eyes open, we have specials all the time"Poo, shit, bum.......
Mina
I had a nasty comment, but i deleted it. At least you can hear the vaccum on rides.
NB: you don't need a can to go quick either.........
