OK I have had quite a few members ask about my suspended avatar & there have also been a couple of complaints

basically for those that don't know I have lost my license for 3 months & no it was nothing exciting & wasn't on the bike, it was basically just getting nailed going way too fast in my Ute and because it was excessive speeding it comes with a mandatory loss of license & NO you don't get the option of Probation with excessive speed. Bring on Jan 09!

True Paul... the first month has flown by, thanks to being really busy at work.
Got asked the other day if this will have any impact on my Driving / Riding ... well its a "waste" & will not change a thing

I have had a good record for my license for the past 18 years , 1 or 2 small fines. Well I picked up my ZRX 2 weeks ago , and got done in the middle of nowhere.

in the country on my home back to Dubbo , now I have a bike I cannot ride for 6 months ..... 175 in a hundred for all of about 5 or so seconds then backed off , doing 100 then all of a sudden what do i see over my right shoulder , a damn battle cruiser. Soooooo here goes $1675 buck fine 6 points and the suspension period as I said 6 months.

Bugger.

I did put in an appeal but apparently the magistrate here is a real A@#$ so i went to withdraw my appeal because even though I already paid the fine and stuff he can add more time to the license loss if he has had a bad day.Only to be told sorry you still have to front up at court and tell them yourself. You can't win either way .Isn't the legal system grand.....
