ZX6-R rebuild

After buying a cheap ($2000) non runner zx6-r track bike with a mate we're rebuilding it, the non starting issue was traced to the pevious owner removing the ignition barrel which contains a small resistor and prevented the bike from running  . we then turned our attention to finding out what we'd actually brought its a '00 frame and motor with a '98 swingarm its slighty shorter than the '00 (with all the spares we got a '98 frame and '00 arm) we then changed the bent rear subframe for the straight spare one after powdercoating it. The body work has now been prep'd and will be painted next week and i've rebuilt the calipers i could've brought new ones for what i spent on new seals  , The wheels will be stripped and powdercoated when i sort some new tyres.

Nice work,

Gotta love getting a tone of spares that the owner had no clue about
