OK, Kawasaki are clever little dicks and once you know how, it's simple!
Assuming you already have the front end elevated or supported off the ground (either with a race stand, or the sidestand/jack combo under the headers follow these steps!

1.Remove Brake calipers (12 mm bolt heads from memory)

2.There are two allen head bolts on the bottom of each leg. One side is the axle, the other side is the nut it screws into. ONLY ONE SIDE NEEDS TO BE TOUCHED!!!! The side which has the axle end, which is usually the brake or Right hand side. (Unless some dodgy mechanic has put it back together backwards...it won't effect anything other than which side the axle pulls out from)

Undo the two pinch bolts on the right hand fork leg. Then simply unscrew the axle from that side with a big fuck off allen key which fits in the end of the axle. Once unscrewed, pull axle completely out, then the wheel will drop accordingly. NB; support the wheel with something to make it easier to pull out the axle.
Yell out if you have any questons! 8)

There are really only two questions in life. 1.Which way do i go? 2.What is the lap record?

I bought a Snap on which attaches to the ratchet drive. But any old allen key with an extension will work. Supa cheap or such will have a shitty cheap one to get you by, after all, you're not likely to do what I have done and keep the bike forever, hence needing a really good quality one!
