No it says 43 km/h and a partridge in a pear tree.
Of course it says 315, although there is some contention about it being a fake. I have seen this pic (or other similar ones on the net before) and there has been discussion about are they real/fake. My money is as this is the second time i've seen a pic like this in a few years, it's quite possibly real.

Fake. Don't they only read up to 115km/h or similar?
Also the bike would be a blur at 315, looks too sharp.

The numbering on the speed is a slightly different colour to the "Your Speed" part, and the spacing is wrong. Def a fake.
On two other notes...
1, bikes of that era a power/gear limited to 300kph, 315 would be tough unless heavilly modded
2, the guy is not hunkered anywhere low enough for that kinda speed.

Lettering, stance and the timing of the photo?
I reckon it's a 35kph job with a only semi-decent camera (hence the blur), with an added photoshopped "1" in the middle (hence spacing and color).

I think that is the biggest give away. Look how high his head is. His neck would be snapped back at those speeds...photomike666 wrote:

It's crap........ The 3 & 1 are a different colour (slightly yellow) compared to the white of the 5 KPH & wording YOUR SPEED. 31 photoshoped in..........
