Does this mean I no longer need foxtel?

they still wont play ti live i dont think.. we'd have to wait till after the golf and netball has finished.

the reason they dont play it live currently is that fox holds the live rights... if ten bother to spend the money buying the live rights, then you'd hop ethey'd show it...

I wouldn't guarantee it, when they bought the rights to the rugby a few years back they never showed anything other than the tests and the occasional S14 home game.

then you need to see sbk as well.

Currently scheduled events of interest on one-hd are the AUS superbikes for an hour at 7:30 on friday. Sunday has the gp from 8:30 then the 250s, then Isle of Man, then a repeat of the superbikes.

YES! Now all 10 needs is the World SBK and ill have all i need on 1 channel and for free!

What are you guys talking about... it has been on 1HD for a while now... thats a free channel... They show it live and then again the next day at a more civil time. Get a digital set top box and you will never want to watch it on foxtel again, the quality is much better...

I think I will keep Fox, but just ditch the Sports channel.......we are only getting 1HD here on the 2 July, so will wait and have a look first. If they do a decent coverage of WSB and MotoGP - plus every AFL game......well that will do me

So does Fox loose access to MotoGP - if so, there'll be no live broadcast for any of the European rounds, and that would suck. I'll happily keep paying for Fox to see the races live.

they dont show it live... FOX Sports have the exclusive live rights... ONE cannot start showing the race until it has finished...

depends on who you want to put up with commentating.
Personally I'm pretty sick of Rust and Beattie - I watch it online now.

Cant complain when your get it for free, and im not using my MB allowance to watch it on the net when its on TV in HD.

that's fair enough - I don't get HD
