Rode about 380 k's yesterday, most of that was at 9000 rpm and f me my ass is sore today. I think i have carpal tunnel with in carpal tunnel now. Are the bigger bikes more comfortable on longer rides or should i start looking at a donut on a cruiser?

sittting on a cushion now or do i need to htfu?

Your arse just isn't ride fit! Sounds like you need to share a room with Stace at Halls Gap this year Reedy....that'll sort you out!

Thats along ride on a 250. That would kill my 64 year old ass. I went a little less than a 150K ride today, and I am nursing my arse with a Jim Beam and a beer. Of course this is my first ride since last October due to snow and ice. But still 380k is along ways, (236 U.S. miles). I would think an aftermarket seat or as you said a donut would help.

Do it more often and you'll get used to it.

I did around 600km on the 9 yesterday. I was rooted by the end of it, but no soreness today.
More riding is the fix.

Go the Airhawk.....if you can afford one :?

Just keep up with the longer trips and you'll be right. I done a few 800km in 1 day rides on my old Hyo GT250R most of which was at same revs u mention. First time I done it it killed my ass. LOL. But next day I just jumped back in the saddle and was fine. But yes imo it it easier doing longer rides on a bigger bike
