Hi all, looking for something to keep the bike upright when I cart it around in a van.
So far, the only local option I've seen is from Ventura:
http://www.ventura-bike.com/products.as ... =BS006%2fS

It's $240 from the shops. Anyone know of alternatives?

I've got a ventura one and my advice is get the kaneg one. it works OK but I find tyres can stick to it, especially when they are new. gets a bit undignified heaving the bike off!

Don’t forget about the KSRC discount through Kaneg :kuda:

These are a great product. I don’t own one, but have used them on a few people’s vehicles. If I get a trailer or Ute, ill be getting one ;)

The service you'll get from Kaneg is rarely surpassed.

When I put my *ahem* GN250s in my Mazda van, I use tie downs tied to the front seat hinges- no mods or devices needed to hold the bike up. Just gotta be careful when bike sways slightly that the handlebars don't smash through the side window. :shock: (tie it so it can't hit the window.)

How did he treat them ? They will fry if you mistreat them, run over them, fold them instead of rolling them ????????????

We've got two sets of kaneg tyre warmers and they're brilliant, never miss a beat.

Go the kaneg stands. I had a Ventura for my box trailer and it was pretty good ( gave it to Hoffy with the Easy Trailer) but I bought two kanegs for the new trailer.

He treated them very well {he is anal about looking after all things,except girlfriends!} they were just over the 12 months old,and to be fair Kaneg replaced the rear still but,with a second hand one,it didn`t last too long though. I used them for one track day and found scorch marks straight away, they were set on 78 deg,he used them another 1 to 2 times,gave up and bought another set from the opposition,so far he is happy with the new ones and end of story {I hope!}
