I am in the need of a manual for my z250 -81 and can't seem to find one and was hoping someone on this forum (or anywhere for that matter) has it in digital form.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the manual somewhere electronically. Ill see if i can find it.
Otherwise, try this site:
Kawasaki Twin Owners Forum. I got it from a link on that site.
The KZ250 A1-A3 are the same as a KZ305 for the service/workshop manual.
I also have the parts book for the A model 250 twins

No probs Delnith.
Got any pics of your bike?
Im in the very, VERY slow process of restoring my KZ250A1.
I have a thread on here with the latest updates

Its been a while as i dont have a garage and am no longer able to work on it in my storage unit.
It will get there some time.

It is currently in the shed as I can't get it into the garage as I have a KLX mostly in parts there.
Anyhow, here are some pictures.
You can see that the engine block is leaking a bit (have to fix that) and some dents in the gas tank.
Edit: used the same picture twice
