Quick question. The 2007-2009 Z1000 model...

You can get the PCIII for 2007-2008 but the PCV is available for the 2009....


Can you actually put a PCIII on the 2009 model (I'm assuming its the same bizz as the 2007-2008 models anyway) And does anyone know the difference between the two?

Pc5 is smaller. A few more features

As previously stated, the PCV is smaller, has provision for Auto tune, SFM, and a couple of other things.. But, from my understanding the ignition module cannot be used in conjuction with a PCV hence why alot of the guys in the US are putting PCIII's instead of the PCV's on there late model zx10's etc
So to answer your question, the PCIII should hook upto the 2009 model just fine
