An old couple are in bed having oral sex.
After a while the old man comes back up and says
"Sorry love, but I can't stay down there any longer. It stinks"
She replies "Sorry, that's my arthritis"
He says "what? you've got arthritis in your fanny?"
"No" she says "In my shoulder". "I haven't been able to wipe my arse for three months
