He was having an attack of the guilts in this time of peace to all men or maybe he saw the security camera and S**t himself thinking they will recognise me. The sad thing is this selfless act of surrendering to police is a smart move and may be seen by the courts as remorse and result in a much reduced or non existant sentence. Personally I would like to allow the victim 5 minutes with this maggott so he can explain to him the error of his ways with a pick handle. I am available to give instruction if needed.
