ONE HD is being rebranded not simply as a sports channel, but as a men's channel. Weekday content will be more inline with the programs like black gold and that logging show and other blokey programs.

the premium sport noted as AFL, F1 and motogp will stay on weekends along with some other sport, but i dare say this means no more weekday replays of the races and such.

lets hope the coverage of motogp stays in tact, i suspect it will, but you never know!

They had movies on during the week like Jarhead... Its a sports channel leave it as such... i'd rather 5 replays of motogp and F1 etc than crap i can find on dvd or other channels

yeah the movies and stuff were obviously tests to see if the rating went up... apparently ONE HD was pulling less than 1% of tv viewings, and it wasnt turning a profit...

will put my money on LESS motorsport...eg MotoGp RPM Nascars etc will go
and we will get more thuggery and fagball

One of my fave things as a kid was watching Warren Boland and John Peard doing ABC rugby league on a saturday afternoon...much preferred it over the the sunday game on channel 9 or 10

i hate ONE HD..their GP coverage is so shithouse: Greg Rust is a terrible commentator, and Darryl Beattie knows what he is talking about, but sounds too bored/bland. i'm gonna work out how to hook the PC up to the TV and order it off the motogp website.

Yep! I got the Motogp viewing last year and got it again this year, think it's $120 or something and it's Awsome!!!! The commentators are funny, don't talk shit and are not biased!!
Even if onehd keeps the gp I'll still watch it on the site

+1 on Greg Rust! Hated hearing him on GP, V8's or ANYTHING, for me one of the worst commentators/sports reporters on TV

Bring back Keith Huewen and Julian Ryder from the '90's WSBK commentary, best duo ever!

And yet compared to Craig Baird they are nearly bearable....seriously, WTF is that guy doing there? He knows fuck all about motorbikes and motorbike racing, he just dribbles out some shit that doesn't make sense every now and then when we could be listening to the proper commentary instead.

Netball is clearly a man's sport! i don't know of a less aggressive sport ( more knee/ankle/injuries than any other sport! )

and ANZ championship doesn't go all year.......
